SMHHCC New Teachers Demonstration Lesson and Teaching Seminar

On September 15, 2026, SMHHCC organized a demonstration lesson and teaching sharing seminar for new teachers. The event featured open classes taught by new volunteer teachers, followed by in-depth teaching exchanges among all Chinese teachers. The main goals of this activity were to check the learning results of new teachers’ pre-job training, help new teachers get familiar with daily classroom teaching routines, and build a platform for Chinese teachers to share practical teaching experience and useful teaching methods.

Two new volunteer teachers, Ms. Zhao Yanyuan and Ms. Tang Yu, each gave a demonstration class during the activity. After the classes, other Chinese teachers gave detailed comments and feedback. They talked about every key part of the lessons, such as teaching arrangement, classroom rhythm, interaction between teachers and students, blackboard writing and teaching skills. Based on their rich teaching experience, they also put forward targeted and practical suggestions to help the two new teachers improve their teaching abilities.

This activity perfectly combines the growth of new teachers with professional teaching discussions. It not only allows new volunteer teachers to show their teaching skills and learn from experienced teachers, but also offers a good chance for all Chinese teachers to exchange experience and solve practical problems in Chinese teaching together.

In the future, the SMHHCC will continue to focus on teacher training and teaching guidance. Through trial lessons, class observation, teaching seminars and other diverse activities, the classroom will strengthen academic communication among teachers, steadily improve the overall quality of Chinese language teaching, and make positive contributions to promoting Chinese Language education and cultural exchanges between China and Bangladesh.
